PDFFRAME may collect or process identifiers such as email address if you contact us, internet or network activity such as IP address and request logs, device/browser information, files you choose to process through server workflows, filenames, and support message contents.

Purposes

We use this information to provide document tools, process requested conversions, operate and secure the site, respond to support and privacy requests, debug issues, prevent abuse, and prepare future account or paid features.

Server and service-provider processing

Most tools run in the browser. Some high-quality conversion and PDF unlock workflows may use PDFFRAME server processing and Adobe PDF Services when enabled.

Retention

Browser-processed files remain on your device. Server-processed files are intended to be temporary and removed after processing where supported. Support emails and operational records may be kept as needed to respond, secure the service, and comply with obligations.

Selling or sharing

We do not currently sell personal information. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
